$10 dollar change ... sure if your willing to wait a few hours. Idk about y'all but my time is worth more then you can save. Not to mention how rude Julie was about it.
Sure the $10 oil change is great but this dealership is a great place for all your vehicle requirements. We got our new Grand Caravan and received excellent service for all the extras we bought for it. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new/used vehicle or need a vehicle serviced.
You cant beat $10 for an oil change! If you own a Dodge/Chrysler product, even if you live in Edmonton its worth the drive! The service is top notch. They will not push other pricey repairs on you, but are trustworthy enough to inform you of extras are needed. Theres a fantastic little coffee shop in the middle of town ( ask the staff and they will tell you the name as Ive forgot it ) while you wait! Seriously take a drive and check out REDWATER DODGE!
Redwater Dodge is my husband and my go to for service, repairs and now sales. We have used Redwater Dodge for their $10.00 oil changes, for inspections, repairs and re-calls and parts for several years now. We like their customer service, no non-sense attitudes and fair dealings. This past week, my 13 year old truck developed a nasty issue that made me question its reliability right when my work stress is at its highest and my husband was away. With a 1 hr commute to and from work I need dependability! Redwater Dodge being our go to for everything else, I reached out to their sales department via their website chat. Within a very reasonable amount of time, Jacob had contacted me and i gave him a very specific needs list such a price point and fuel economy and peace of mind and a brief wish list. After some discussion he narrowed down what they had access to that match my request and we found a unit to go and test drive. I was impressed with how Jacob had been able to find a unit that met my needs exactly and hit 2.5 of my 3 wish list (the .5 being that the unit he found was not a manual transmission but did have the paddle shifters to be able to manually manipulate the shifts). Past that the unit was far more than I anticipated I would be getting given my needs list. After test driving and discussing my concerns and questions about the unit, the team addressed every one of them in a very satisfactory manner and by the time I signed to purchase they had made sure that each reasonable concern had been addressed. Jacob even helped brain storm solutions for my one concern that was not in their power to address (somehow making a platform to remove the passenger foot space to create a platform for my dogs). Jacob even tromped through snow banks in attempt to get measurements for a piece that i thought would work). All in all I am very happy with the unit I purchased, and pleased with the level of service that I received from Jacob and the sales team at Redwater Dodge.
